NC ***What we have here is a 1968 Ford Torino GT with 8,215 miles on the odometer (108,215). This car is finished in Burgundy and has a Burgundy vinyl interior. This is a fantastic car for a restoration project and most of the needs are aesthetic. This 1968 Ford Torino GT was previously restored on the exterior and the engine was rebuilt. The owner at the time took the car out for a ride during the restoration and had the car get away from him which ended up causing the cosmetic damage that you see in the photographs. She has been sitting idle since.Overall, there is just not too much that needs to be done to the car. She has her factory 390cid motor which was originally configured with a 2 Barrel carburetor setup. The motor has been rebuilt and has less than 100 miles on it; it also now has a 4 barrel carburetor and is setup with the following components:A Holley 650 CarburetorAn Edelbrock Aluminum IntakeA Mallory High Performance Distributor She has her original C6 transmission and a limited slip 9 inch rear end.This is a very solid car with no rust to speak of; the floor pans are good, the doors are rust free, the trunk floor is solid and mechanically it is in great shape. Just finish the interior, repair the cosmetic damage and repaint the car - you will have a really nice Torino that you acquired for short money.
