Extra Clean and Good Miles… Up for sale is my father’s Suburban LS with three rows, nice tires, 4x4 and this one is an extra clean ’99. He brought it down to Florida to use for towing the boat and it’s a terrific truck but he has decided to downsize. The truck has a 5.7L V8 that sounds good and is just out of the shop with a basic tune up and runs perfectly. The transmission shifts great, the 4-wheel drive is perfect, and the brakes and suspension feel fine. There are no leaks, no issues, and it has a new A/C compressor still under warranty. Even for a ’99 truck, you can hit the key and take this one anywhere you like without issue or concern. The interior is in great shape with clean carpets, three rows of cloth seats that are not ripped or torn anywhere, a perfect headliner and dash and no bad smells. It was never used for moving animals around and never smoked in. The front and rear fans work on all settings, stereo sounds good and no warning lights are illuminated on the dash. The exterior of the truck looks great with no rust on the body and only a handful of small dings and nicks but the paint shines absolutely like new. The rear bumper has a couple rust marks but isn’t rotted and the undercarriage has rusty colored surfaces which is no surprise for a ’99 truck but no heavy rot whatsoever. There is a class-3 hitch with wiring ready for a trailer. My father had a brake line replaced recently and all other lines were checked at that time and given a clean health report at a local South Venice shop.
