Offered today for your consideration is in my opinion one of the most desirable 1979 Corvettes ever produced. The L82 4 speed manual Corvette. As late 1970's Corvettes are starting to go up in value premium quality original cars are getting impossible to find as most of these cars were not treated as future collectables. This example has an actual 46000 one owner mature Woman driven miles and is being offered from my private collection. This Corvette is a True Survivor car and has never been apart or restored. It is Un molested and never messed with like so many have been. This Corvette is finished in it's factory color of code 83 Corvette Dark Blue and has the optional Oyster Leather Bucket seat interior. The engine is the 350 L82 V8 and is 100% numbers matching and original right down to the smog equipment. The transmission is the Muncie M21 4 speed manual close ratio and is also numbers matching. This Corvette has a nice option list as follows and is documented by the original Window Sticker also included with the car. Air Conditioning (which blows ice cold and works on all the settings), Tilt and Telescopic steering Wheel,Power Windows,Power Door Locks,Electric Rear window defroster (also working),Dual sport mirrors, limited slip rear axel,Aluminum Wheels (with brand new tires) and a Pioneer AM/FM cassette stereo radio that was installed when the car was purchased new at the dealership. The car also retains all of it's original delivery papers including the original bill of sale and a copy of the original title in the name of the lady I purchased it from. Also the original owners manuals , warranty books and even the key knock outs are included. Getting into this car is like getting into a time machine back to 1979. The car starts right up and runs like new. Turn on the A/C and it blows cold right away. Put it in gear and pull away, the car feels right. The steering is tight and the car rides smooth. The transmission shifts effortlessly . Overall this is probably one of the best original 1979 corvettes out there. The car is a true 46000 mile survivor and has not been restored so it is not cosmetically perfect. There are some small scuffs here and there but you have to look real close up as they are barley noticeable. Overall this is one of the best original cars I have ever owned and am reluctantly selling it. This is a true Little old Lady's car (she was young when she bought it) that I bought down here in sunny south Florida.
