1955 First Series NAPCO 4wd Chevy Truck. I have been collecting truck nearly 20 years and this is the only first series Adavance Design I have ever seen that has an Original Napco Conversion done when new. Original Vin Tag, Original , numbers matching, 235 Engine. The Napco Brass Tags are still on the front axle with Very low Serial Number A 1221 and on the Transfer Case A 1147. Both tags also have the correct model Number for the truck on them, Model 3604. The truck has been sitting for 20 plus years. Needs restoration. Truck is complete, all 5 original wheels. Missing a couple hubcaps, one headlight ring and front hood ornament and that is it. 235 engine turns over. 5 window cab. Just above drivers door was hit by a tree limb, will need repair there. It has light rust, mainly in the form of blisters in the cab corners and bed stake pockets. Original green paint is under the paint on it showing. All glass is good but door glass is cracked. Engine turns over and does not appear to have any racks in water jackets. Truck rolls and steers. All original 4wd equipment is in tact. I have the original "pink slip" title signed and last transferred in 1971. Clear title. I can hold truck for 30 days while shipping arrangements are made. This is a very rare truck and rarely available for sale in a restorable condition. My reserve reflects the value the truck has to me. This truck has potential to be a very high dollar thruck when restored and cost the same to restore as any 1954 -55 Chevy truck.
