Forester X-Wagon… Just traded, here is a really good running and nice looking Subaru Forester with all-wheel drive and a sticker under the hood for a recently replaced timing belt. The motor runs quiet and steady, the transmission shifts flawlessly and the car doesn’t miss a beat going down the road. The exhaust is quiet, the all-wheel drive has good feel of the road and the brakes are strong. There are no leaks underneath, no smoke from the tail pipe, and no major issues to mention as it stands. The interior is in good shape and is very clean. The seats are healthy with no major tears or heavy wear marks however there are a handful of small holes in the upholstery which I can’t attribute to cigarette burn holes because there are no bad smells or signs of smokers but such it is, they are there. The carpets are clean and intact and the dash and headliner are perfect. The A/C, heat, power windows, locks, and cruise all operate properly. The trunk is clean and has the plastic Subaru cover and cargo cover too. The body of the car looks very nice with no major dents and no rusty areas that I can find. All the fenders, door bottoms and rockers look to be in great shape and just one ding on the top of the passenger front quarter panel is the only major cosmetic point of interest aside from the normal scratches and nicks that you’d find on any higher mileage one. There is a good set of rubber that will get you through winter and valid inspection for NJ, for what it’s worth. If you were shopping for a healthy Forester with all-wheel drive and weren’t looking to spend big bucks, this one will be sold with no reserve so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction. They will accommodate all our customers within their normal business hours which are 9-5PM on weekdays and on Saturdays from 9-2PM. You can of course bring your own temp tags if you prefer. It is mandatory that if you need plates you bring with you your drivers license and your insurance card for your present car. Names, addresses and dates must be valid on both items. Wholesale to the Public We are wholesalers in the automobile business since 1949 and the mainstay of our business is to supply other dealers with vehicles that we have either traded or purchased in a wholesale capacity “as-is” with no warranties either expressed or implied. Regarding Liens None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. Since eBay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars as well as the late models, there are lien records showing up on the reports. All cars have had liens on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. Our cars do not have existing liens. Administrative Fee We have sold over 5000 cars on eBay in the last six years and have never charged any fees. However, the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $75 fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee. “Prior to re-conditioning” We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. This is a unique way of selling automobiles and if you are receptive to these conditions you will take advantage of the lower prices. “0” feedback bidders should call or email prior to placing your bid We do not want to discourage you from bidding, only to verify that you are serious! Payment If you are a winning bidder, kindly contact me via email immediately at the end of the auction for verification. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each other’s time.
