Well maintained by the U.S. government. It has spent it's life in El Paso, Texas. It has never been driven on salted roads. NO RUST. The interior is medium stone cloth with a black vinyl floor. It's in good shape. The cruise control, tilt wheel, electric brake controller. factory block heater, factory towing package,traction control and MP3 CD stereo all work as they should. The 350 horsepower 6.4 liter powerstroke diesel has awesome power and starts and runs great. The automatic transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The 4X4 works as it should. The brakes have been inspected and are in god shape. The tires are in fair shape. We had this truck inspected for structural damage and found none.
