This car is superb and has no rust or any issues that I can find worth noting. If you want a no hassle driving Lincoln Continental with ZERO MECHANICAL ISSUES then this is the ticket to ride. She runs like a new car and has been treated excellent since the day she rolled off the line. VERY EVIDENT. The 460 is a super strong and I swear I would get in it right now and drive to Florida if I had too....actually, that sounds like fun. She shifts smoothly and performs beautifully on the freeway. This is a the last year they made the suicide door Lincoln and this one is a low #2 car. You will not find many in this condition. Having sold around 30 Continentals between 1961-1969, I would say this is in the top two in conditiomn and drive-ability. The brakes are excellent and stops on a dime. This is a very turn key car. Starts on the first crank every time. The interior is fabulous from the carpets to the door panles to the headliner to the seats. If you had to replace the interior it would cost you 3k minimum so enjoy. The chrome is excellent and the under carriage is as good as you could hope for. This car has never spent time in a salt state. If you are looking for a keeper and one that will drive you anywhere with no issues then please consider this car. She is a very good deal. To restore one for free that needed everything would cost you a mint. This one will not and is ready to give you the love you deserve.
