Offered For Sale at No Reserve by TED DAVIS AUTO SALES. (Ted & Seth Davis)We require a $500 deposit by Paypal within 48 Hours and paid in full within 10 days.NOTE: Please read the full description below on this amazing truck. Here we have a rare find. It is a one owner garage kept 24,000 actual miles 1990 FORD F-250 REGULAR CAB XLT LARIAT LONGBED 4X2. It is loaded with options including the motor that started the diesel craze. Ford's original 7.3 Liter Diesel. It has a 5-Spd. Manual Trans with a 4:10 Limited Slip rear axle and is loaded with options. On top of that it has a Banks Turbo system that was professionally added as well as a Reese brand Goose and Fifth Wheel hitches. The local guy who owned this truck had it set up this way when the truck was new to pull his camper. As you can tell by the mileage and condition he hardly ever used the truck for that. Unfortunately he recently passed away so it was brought from his estate. The only way I can describe the owner is he was a fanatic about his vehicles. He kept it spotless inside and out and even waxed the inside of the bed.It has been garage kept all of it's life and serviced yearly whether he put any miles on it or not. The underneath is clean and leak free and the truck has never seen salt or or any Winter driving ever. It has supposedly only been rained on twice since new when he was caught out returning home from camping. The paint is all original and in excellent condition with only a couple of small stone chips below the right side headlamp. There is also some light scuffing inside the door jam where he got in the truck. We did not touch up anything on the paint so you could see it's original form but both of these areas will disappear completely with a light touch up paint. The interior is Mint as well. The seat looks like it was never sat on and the dash, door panels & trim, emblems, etc. all look like new. The only mods inside are the EGR temp and boost gauge to monitor the turbo's Performance and he also added a real Oil Pressure gauge on the column since the originals were not that reliable. All of this could be removed easily if the buyer wished to turn the interior back to 100% original.Being older as he was he also had steps added to aid in getting up into the truck and that has preserved the driver side seating bolster since he didn't have to slide out over it. The seat is nice and firm on that area and shows no wear at all. The carpet has always been covered with the mats that you see and rugs over top of that so the carpet looks like new as well. The headlamps, emblems, tail lamps, tailgate moulding, bumpers, all the chrome trim and the bodyside mouldings are all crisp and like new with no wear or fading whatsoever. It is really hard to describe how perfect this truck really is and the pictures do not begin to do it justice. It also runs and drives down the road just like a new truck with good brakes, firm clutch feel, smooth shifting transmission and easy steering and nice even wear on the Michelin tires with at least 75% tread remaining. As you can see he also added a nice set of After Market Aluminum rims to the truck for better looks since the only thing available in 1990 was Factory Full wheel covers which we got with the truck. The batteries were just replaced in 2011 for the first time and the truck starts better than any 7.3 diesel that we have ever owned. This is a truck that if you choose to use it like any other new truck the truck should be reliable for 200-300 thousand miles. It is so nice that it belongs in a museum insead but that is your choice once it is purchased from us.Of course we have all the original paper work including the dealer's invoice, original title, build sheet, owner card, owner's manual, etc. and many receipts for service work that has been done over the years. We guarantee the buyer there will be no disappointments here. You can see by our feedback that we shoot straight but in case you buy the truck and come in person to pick it up and you feel let down in any way we will gladly refund your money and pay for your trip home. The pictures should show this amazing truck well but if have any questions please give us a call at 304-567-2999 or e-mail us on the listing. Also you are more than welcome to come and test drive it so you can really appreciate the truck. Just let us know ahead of time because we have it stored in a climate controlled garage nearby and will have to get it out for you. NOTE: The mileage may vary with a local test drive from our lot and we also reserve the right to sell the truck and end the auction early if someone comes in. Otherwise it will run the full seven days and be sold to the highest bidder. Thanks for looking at our listing and Good Luck bidding. Sincerely, Ted & Seth Davis
