An Exceptional Low Mileage NSX… **Below the description you will find 56 photos to show the car from all angles. Up for sale is my father’s 1991 Acura NSX with 44k original miles that he purchased in 1994. The car came from an Acura dealer based in Oregon and he bought it with 4k miles. The time has come to sell off some cars in preparation for down-sizing and this is the first one to go up. I am assisting him with an eBay listing but he is the enthusiast, has treated these wonderful cars with lots of care over the years and would be more than happy to discuss each and every detail regarding the history of the car, specs, etc. that you may have for him. This beauty of a sports car has been with my father since 1994, as I said, and I had the privilege of learning to drive these cars with him as my passion for cars and for driving grew. He has been an active member of NSX Club of America in the Northeast chapter for many years. The car drives 100% flawlessly and has been serviced without spared expense at Princeton Honda since he acquired it in 1994. The motor sounds great and doesn’t leak or burn a drop, the transmission shifts like new without any play, pops, or grinds, and the brakes and suspension are strong and tight. No warning lights are illuminated, never any issues involving mechanical components of the car, and all service done on or before its time. Recent service included the timing belt, water pump, and OEM clutch at 40k miles. All service records were saved and will certainly be provided for the next buyer. The interior of the car is absolutely gorgeous and does not show any signs of wear-and-tear whatsoever. The original mats are beautiful because no one was ever allowed inside the car without towels down on the floor. No one has sat in the seats without the custom sheepskin covers, ever. They are surprisingly tricky to remove so I did not bother just for the sake of pictures but the tan leather power seats are brand-new without any marks at all. The dash is in perfect shape, all the power buttons work as they should, the a/c blows ice cold and the heat is hot. All electricals in the car work properly with the exception of the stereo. My father does not listen to radio/music when he drives these cars and after time and due to the type of capacitors used by Acura which are very temperature sensitive, these parts stopped working so the stereo amplifier does not work. This was never a priority to him and they were not fixed. The body of the car is beautiful with bright and sharp red paint, no fade or peeling in the clear coat, no scratches, no dents, no door dings, no rust, and beautiful factory 15” wheels (front), 16" (rear). The only cosmetic flaws are a handful of very small chips on the nose, one on the right rear quarter, and these are worthy of noting because they are the only cosmetic flaws whatsoever and are certainly negligible. The car requires an explanation as it is listed with "Frame Damage" on CarFax report. At around 24k miles, my father slid on wet pavement one evening and hit a guard rail on the front quarter of the car. He is the type of person who takes his car straight to a shop and spent over $15k dollars to bring the car back to 100% perfect condition, all receipts and paperwork in-hand. The insurance company paid in full for repairs associated with the accident and the car was not totaled. However, when preparing to sell the car, the CarFax report stated "frame damage" after the accident. Included with all the paperwork, there is a car report issued from the only shop in New Jersey that performs highly specialized laser measurements of frame true-ness recognized by CarFax. There is no frame damage on the car and shows factory specification straightness as this report corroborates and the report was submitted to CarFax. A closing statement at the bottom of the CarFax report states that this shop performed this service and no frame damage is evident. My father still holds an original clean title with all this supporting documentation. The car is located in Hopewell Township, New Jersey and is sold with all paperwork, supporting documentation, service records, and NJ title as-is, where-is. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the vehicle, details about the service done, and any points I may have failed to mention or areas you wish to have more information. It is our hope and sincere pleasure to pass this along to its new home. Thank you and look forward to speaking with you. Payment A deposit of $1,000 must be made within 24 hours of the end of the auction and can be made only through PayPal.
