The body is finished and painted. It was sprayed in Spies Hecker Dodge Viper red with a House of Kolor gold stripe. Urethane base coat, clear coat was used. The roof drip rail was removed and welded smooth. All trim holes on outside of car were welded closed, as well as antenna and mirror hole. The front fenders have the turn signal and bumper shock holes welded closed. The "hood" has had the emblem and trim holes welded up. Underside of hood is sprayed in bed liner. The deck lid has a recessed license plate box, underside is sprayed in black bed liner. New tar board in engine compartment. The gas tank has been cleaned and sealed. The luggage compartment was sprayed with black truck bed liner. One piece windows were installed in the doors. I have the front, back, and rear side glass with new cal look rubber seals. Comes with new empi exhaust, new black headliner (partially installed), new emergency brake cables (not installed), extra dash that was smoothed out and sprayed in primer, and new black door panels. New running boards. New fender beading, trunk and hood seals. New adjustable lowering springs were installed on front of car. Also comes with the front and rear seats, seatbelts, door handles, stock intake and carb, etc. Try to look at the pictures of the boxes to get a better idea of the small parts that come with it. Car has clear Virginia title. The car is sitting on stock steel wheels. Floor pans are in nice shape. They have had a couple of patches welded in. The heater channels are in nice shape, and not rusted out. The car was running when the engine was removed. The motor is back in the car, but intake and carb are off. The sheet metal tins are not installed below engine. Motor has new aluminum valve covers, plug wires,and spark plugs, and belt. Belt is not installed. Transmission worked fine also. A nice project for someone who is into VWs. It wouldn't take a whole lot more to make this into a really nice car. Im available at 703-331-4950, Monday-Friday if you have any questions.
