1935 Chevrolet 1.5 Ton Truck. Montana Barn Find. Starts and Runs Good! Nice solid truck. Good metal and a beautiful patina. Good cab wood. Ebay makes it difficult to link the video of the truck starting and running smoothly. Please contact me via email so I can send the video link. I bought this truck to restore it but have since broken my back and cannot finish the project. This truck is in overall great shape. The interior wood pieces and floor boards are in great condition (see photos). The body metal is in very good condition with little or no rust in the usual spots. Some small dents and fender cracking as is normal for trucks of this era (see photos). This is the same engine and cab as the 1/2 ton trucks. But the heavy-duty version has bigger brakes, a bigger clutch, and more transmission gears for better power delivery. The interior is in good shape except the headliner is torn. The seat back is also torn. The gauges (fuel, ammeter, temp, oil pressure) all work (speedometer untested). The engine starts and runs great even when cold and has full oil pressure when running. I changed the plugs and wires, gave it a tune-up, oil change, new hoses, new belt, etc. Needs tires and bed wood replaced. Has spare tire carrier and spare. Comes with original hand crank but also has electric start. Good Current Montana Title. Highest bidder wins the truck and is responsible for shipping. Deposit due 48 hrs after auction end.
