We road test cars and if we find defects we will list them. We photograph all aspects of the car. Keep in mind always these are used cars. They are not new and will have wear, scratches, imperfections. They may not be detailed. This saves you money. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral or written statements about the vehicle.

By bidding on this auction you certify that you have either inspected the vehicle for sale, had a third party inspection or are choosing to accept the car as is with no recourse.
Please know that our vehicles are for sale at all times. It is not unusual for an auction to end early and the car be sold off our lot. This includes no reserve auctions as well. If you have an interest in one of our vehicles do not hesitate to call us. Seller reserves the right to stop the auction at any time with the exception of the last 12 hours as per eBay policy.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $200.00 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end.
If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please be advised a Non-Paying bidder will be reported to eBay and assessed a 25% penalty for the non-payment. Plus any listing fees due on the auction. All non-paying bidders will be sent to collections if not paid within 30 days.
All cars must be picked up within 10 days unless other arrangements are made. Storage charges of $25.00 per day will apply. After 30 days car will be resold to pay for storage charges.

- $25.00 for a 30-day Pennsylvania temporary in-transit license plate (For out of state residents)
- $5.00 Notary
- Pennsylvania residents must pay the above fees plus: 6% sales tax (8% in some areas), as well as applicable state fees.
- $5.25 for State Reg fee of temp tag.
- $10.00 Priority shipping Of title.. Tracking provided.
- $25.00 Express shipping Of title. Tracking provided.
- Title mailed by certified mail will be done at no cost.
