Vehicle Detail

You are buying a 1962 Jaguar MK10, this car is a right handed driver. This was a barn find, it does have a clean and clear title. I have a lot of watchers for this auction and I look forward to closing it out. I understand that a lot of buyers are located out of state and will need to arrange shipping. This car is currently stored in my locked fenced in bull pen, so it is sitting here a few extra weeks after auction ends is fine as long as a bank wire has been sent. Now to address all the questions regarding condition. I thoroughly went through the car today to understand and help answer some of your questions. As far as the under-body goes, I did not see any rust or holes in the trunk area. There is a couple dings that do not show thru to the inside the trunk itself. There is rust holes on both driver's and passengers side floor boards that equate to a 6" by 6" area on each side. As far as any other part of the under-body, I see no visible rust. It does look like it has had a under-body coating put on it. As far as the rust spots go on the rest of the car that you see in the picture, they all seem to be surface rust except for the areas you can see in the pictures. I believe somebody has at one time fixed the doors and touched them up, but I do not know the history nor am I a body man to 100% tell. As far as everything else goes the car does seem to be in good shape for it's age. I can tell you the seals will need to be replaced on the doors. The chrome trim has been removed from the front windshield and that is because the car cover I keep on it caught a hold of it. However, I do have the trim. I hope this helps address the condition of vehicle. For very serious bidders, you may contact me at (260) 385-5358 between the hours of 12:00 PM EST to 4:00 PM EST. *******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************On Sep-24-13 at 18:35:33 PDT, seller added the following information: ********************************************************Update as of Tuesday 9/24/13****************************************************************I forgot to mention one more item. On the driver's door, there is a scrape/ding roughly 14 inches long, where the black mark is in the picture. *******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
