1983 HONDA CB1100F Do you like to go fast? This is a very nice, and very clean bike. New tires and just detailed. Everything works as expected with zero issues. The 1983 Honda CB1100F was a one year only bike in the US. Period Cycle World tests at 11.13 seconds/120.48 mph quarter mile and 141 mph half mile earned it the designation of "fastest stock bike ever tested" Stock this bike made 108HP at 8500 RPM . 70mm bore with 9.7:1 compression ration. 1062cc You could ride the bike daily, and take it to the drag strip on the weekends. If you wanted a little more out of it, you made some sensible modifications. These modifications have been done: Wiseco K1123 high compression piston kit 72mm bore 10.25:1 compression ratio. 1123cc MRE(Murdoch Racing Equipment) lockup clutch kit Andrews Products H6 high lift cam. Pod style airfilters. Carburetors rejetted for pods.(original airbox and jets are included along with a small box of NOS/etc parts) Professionally reupholstered seat to comfortably lower the seat height about 1" This bike made only 3 1/4 mile passes at US131 Motorsports Park in Martin, MI. The slips show 11.20@123.45, 11.12@121.95, and 11.03@122.11. Dyno Sheets are also included This is by no means a worn out drag bike. It is a meticulously maintained adult-owned muscle bike with some sensible modifications to make it perform better, and increase rider comfort. Except for a small area on the tank where the original paint cracked, this is a near mint bike.The paint crack is visible in the pictures.
