1957 FORD THUNDERBIRD Vintage Autohaus and Imports is proud to present this 1957 Ford Thunderbird. The restoration started with a straight and solid body. The vehicle was professionally painted in Grenadier Red with a very deep gloss. All of the chrome and stainless was replaced or redone and is in great condition with no pitting. The interior was redone in black faux. The dash pad is new and all the dash gauges were redone and in working order. The dash trim and aluminum is in very good condition. The soft top was replaced and the port hole hard top was restored. The undercarriage is in great condition with no damage or rust. The power train for this Bird has been upgraded to a more modern Ford 289ci with a 3 speed C4 automatic transmission. This change allowed for less weight and a great highway drive for cruising at higher speeds, equipped with power steering and power brakes. This is a very nice T-Bird that as a great drive.
