Hello everyone, We hope you have had a chance to pickup the June 2013 issue of Four Wheeler magazine, it is featuring our truck on the cover plus a 4 page write up and a center fold pic..we are super proud of it.. Now about this truck. You are looking at pictures of a very original great running 1968 Chevy 3/4 ton pickup. This truck is a all numbers matching original 327 truck with a original turbo 400 3 speed automatic trans. This truck has the factory trailering arm rear suspension. The odometer reads 03001, we are assuming that it turned over at some point in the last 45 years... We installed a good gas tank in it, a new radiator, a new battery, changed the oil and filter, installed a new fuel filter and some fresh fuel, and the old girl fired right up..the motor runs exceptionally well and has lots of power.. The transmission shifts through all gears with no issues, the truck runs and drives great... I would recommend going over the brakes, and replacement of the tires is a MUST. The truck has some rust in the sides of the floors and the rockers, ( pictured ) and a little on the drivers side cab corner, the rest of it is nice. The original seat has been reupholstered at some point and is in good shape. The rest of the interior is in original shape. The original visors are in mint shape. The pics should speak for themselves.. This is a great candidate for restoration or to do a quick once over and make it a daily driver. Call me if you need any more info. Thanks for looking..
