This Buick has been in Washington for the last 30 years and was part of a collection of cars that was just purchased a few years ago. I would consider this car a #3. The paint is driver quality only and is older but still has plenty of shine and looks very good from 20 feet. The body however is in very good shape with no signs of bondo or serious rust repair. The floors and trunk pan are rock solid. I am sure this has been a west coast car for all of its life. The chrome is in really nice shape with a few blemishes on the bumper and zero on back. THE TAIL LIGHT HOUSINGS HAVE NO PITS! The chrome trim is in really good shape. Quite expensive to redo seeing as these cars are top of the charts in the chrome department. Glass is in very good shape as well. Mechanically, the 322 is a good runner. As you can see there has been some freshening up of the motor and this one still has the Manifold shields. Those are always gone. A little top end work was done recently and tuned and lubed within the last two years with minimal miles. The trans shifts smooth and the tires have 80% tread left. The interior has been freshened up over time with new seat covers, headliner and carpet. The door panels are original and in good shape. There were no kick panels when I purchased the car so those are being made and installed before the car ships. Overall, this is a solid Buick that can be enjoyed the way she is or is a perfect candidate to restore to a very nice driver.
