Vehicle Detail
2007 Honda CBR600RR in Blue & Silver. This is a salvage title bike. The bike has cosmetic damage only. No broken plastic. Minor scuff on right side case. It looks like the bike went down on the right side and then someone keyed the plastics and slit the tires in order to collect insurance. We have serviced the bike, completely checked it over and installed two tires that were used during a trackday session. Bike also has the following extras: Flush mount signalsFender eliminatorJardine Carbon Fiber ExhaustSwing arm spoolsCustom heel platesFrame slidersTank protector Check out the video Vehicle is for sale locally for $4,495. This is a very busy time with taxes coming back and spring weeks away. Due to this it is possible that we will sell the bike before this auction ends. We reserve the right to end the auction should this happen. This bike would make you a great inexpensive rider, track bike, or easy fix to make it look new. Questions? On Mar-03-13 at 04:33:03 PST, seller added the following information: Also note that the chain and sprockets are in good condition as are the brakes. On Mar-08-13 at 12:51:42 PST, seller added the following information: There have been a couple of inquiries wondering if a bike with a salvage title can be licensed and the answer is yes (you may want to check any local requirements). Essentially, what happened to this bike is that it was damaged, probably by laying it down, but the owner wanted to have it declared a total loss so they keyed up the plastics (not that I'm accusing anyone of insurance fraud but I've seen this done). Plastics are expensive to replace so the insurance company paid off the owner then sold the bike. The salvage title means if you probably can't get collision insurance on it because the insurance company doesn't want to pay twice. Again, there is no structural or mechanical damage to the bike, only cosmetics. Bike will ride just like any CBR600RR. We have checked it over and serviced it so you can ride it today. Any other questions, let us know.
