For Sale; VW Jetta GLX, VR6 engine, five speed manual transmission, FWD. This model Jetta had the most options for 2002, moon-roof, dual heated/powered seats, seat position memory, leather interior, auto climate control, steering wheel controls, cruise, premium Long Beach wheels, fog lights, traction control, and more! I bought this car last spring, it needed a LOT of work including the timing chains redone (they did NOT break!). I took the car straight to my VW mechanic (not a dealer but he used to work at one or two and knows more about vw's than you do about breathing), He worked on the timing chains, flushed the engine and all the fluids, put in a new climate control unit, and some other electronic stuff (I have all the reciepts for that repair and many others from the previous owner.), I put new brake shoes on the front, mass airflow, K&N air filter, spark plugs, and a new Interstate battery. I put aprox $1200 in the car last spring and have not had a problem yet! There are no lights on in the dash which is rare for a VW. Oil has been changed every 5k with Mobil One full synthetic oil. This car in not in brand new, off the lot condition! However it is in very good condition for its age. I would recommend scheduling a showing of the car before you bid so you know the exact condition of the vehicle. If you have ANY questions please message me!
