96 grand cherokee. mileage is around 197000 maybe 187000. didnt feel like getting a battery to look. my wife used to run this thing all the time . the motor ,trans., and transfer all work very well and run quiet. ac worked great when last used last summer. it had an exaust leak. it has a computer screen that tells you that things like fuids low and its not or tail lights are out and they are not. i never paid much mind to it. the interior isnt the greatest but it could clean up half decent for a vehicle with that many miles. windshield has a crack up high. the body has a lil rust that you can see but not bad. it was getting around 22 mpg. tires are not the greatest. almost bald. it has trailer hitch. the reason she quit driving it is the battery went dead a couple times. i started it the other day with a not so good battery and now i see the back windows is down some and had other vehicle so we just parked it and stored some tools in the back for a while. it has newer rotors and breaks and wheel bearings shocks, tail pipe, coil and distributer. the whole time we had it it had a sputter after you would start it like the fuel would get air in it for a few seconds then quit and not do it anymore while you drove it. it would only do it again if it sat off for a long time. things i was going to do would be new plugs and wires . it hasnt had those for 50,000 miles or so. someone who could figure out what makes electrical problems could make her a good one again. im not that person. or it would make a good running donor to fix up another. your welcome to bring a battery and fire it up and hear it for yourself. please dont bid to tire kick . i dont have time for that and its a pain to put stuff on here. please dont bid if you dont have the money. anyone paying by check my bank says 15 days for check to clear so jeep goes nowhere till then. thanks. this jeep is for sale locally also.On Mar-17-12 at 09:36:09 PDT, seller added the following information: i forgot to mention it has 1 newer axle and a 3" coil spring spacer lift.
