Vehicle Detail

History of Vehicle: As with many vehicles at car shows these days, the plan for this 1994 Chevrolet Caprice Wagon was to be a family vehicle. Well, plans change. The Chevy was dropped off with the talented crew at IF Customs. These guys are known for some of the lowest vehicles in Southern California so the wagon was destined to scrape body panels on the pavement. The car received a full Firestone air bag setup at all four corners, two ViAir Compressors, SMC Valves, extended rear link bars, Moog steering links, and upper/lower control arms. They completed a 3-inch body drop along with custom front fenders to fit 20-inch wheels in front and can fit up to 22-inch wheels in the rear. The frame was smoothed and boxed in as well. The frame was then painted pearl white with a green pearl sprayed over that. The suspension components were all powdercoated green. The wheels were a set of 20-inch Hot Wheels Kustoms with Toyo Proxes 255/35/20 Tires. This laid out wagon would not be nearly as noticeable without the bright green paint on the bottom section of this two-toned ride. Before that paint could get flowing onto the body, several items were removed or changed. The door handles, taillights, gas filler door, and license plate box were shaved permanently. The license plate was relocated closer to the back window and a set of L.E.D. lights were molded into the new IF Customs one-piece roll pan by Sal's Fix and Paint in Lancaster California. The front end was upgraded to a cat-eye grille with billet insert and a new front bumper with fog lights as well as a billet grille insert were added. Sal then painted the car House of Kolor Lime Time Green with Pearl White and Green Pearl in the clear coat. Bob Coslett came in to add the orange pin-striping that separates the green and white. There is also pin-striping on the tailgate and hood to match. The city of Oxnard, California was the next stop for the Caprice. It was taken to Wicked Upholstery where they smoothed the dashboard, added an opening for a 10-inch video monitor and readied it for paint. The seats are all custom buckets covered in Leather and Cheetah tribal print as well as the headliner. The custom center console flows through the bucket seats which used to house a Pioneer head unit, Kicker Amplifier Controller, and 30 Band Equalizer. The cargo area was stacked with a custom enclosure full of Kicker Audio products. It includes two 1,200x1 amplifiers, two 900x4 amplifiers for highs, six 10-inch L7 subwoofers, and three sets of 6.5-inch component sets. An LT1 Motor used to reside under the hood with the block and heads painted green to match. Upgrades included Edelbrock headers, a polished pulley set, 58mm polished Edelbrock throttle body, button head chrome bolts on the whole motor along with many painted and chrome plated brackets. The chrome master cylinder is coming off of a painted booster and all of the hard lines have been chromed as well. Additional information about the 94 Caprice Wagon. The wagon will most likely win any lowered vehicle contest in which it is entered. The wagon has been sponsored by Kicker and Toyo tires in the past. This wagon has been on the West Coast and East Coast Show circuit. Easily searchable on the internet with multiple photos and articles. Current Condition: The wagon currently does not have an engine, transmission or stereo system. The original motor spun a bearing and was unrepairable. The engine and transmission wiring harnesses are included as well as all wiring for the stereo system. The 10" Monitor is still in the custom dash. The wagon has a clean and clear title which I possess. The wagon is currently on non-op with all fees paid and current. The wagon currently sits on a set of stock rims/tires so that it can be moved around. The interior and exterior are exactly as shown in the photos, except for the already mentioned missing items. Thus, it is a project. The passenger front air bag has a leak. Replacement air bags included, but not installed. The custom 20" Boyd Coddington Magneto 2 piece Billet aluminum rims and tires in the photo ARE NOT INCLUDED in the sale of the wagon. The car has been stored under cover and I have been collecting parts to get the wagon back on the road. Included with the sale are the following items: replacement Firestone front air bags, Doestch Tech shocks, custom rear fender well skirts, replacement left rear venting window -- not broken, but current one installed in wagon does not latch, replacement rear window electronic latch, chrome motor mounts, custom lime time green color matched engine accessory brackets, chrome plated power steering reservoir, custom air intake and custom green spark plug wires. There are additional items as well. As I locate them they will be included with the rest of the parts. I have lost interest in the project and so I am putting the wagon up for sale or trade. I will list the wagon at NO RESERVE, starting at $0.99. The listing will be up for 7 days. If I receive a fair offer (cash, cash plus trade or trade) before the end of the auction, the auction will be ended, otherwise, the wagon will be sold to the HIGHEST BIDDER. I need to sell it and move on to other projects. I am asking $5,800 OBO for the wagon in its current condition. There is over $14,000 worth of customization which has been done to this wagon. I am open to cash offers, cash plus trades or trades. I am open to just about anything as far as trades: cars, trucks, boats, sand rails, quads, motorcycles, mountain bike, etc. I would only accept trade vehicles with clean and clear titles. I would prefer the vehicle to be running as well, but willing to listen to what you have to offer. Feel free to call or text me at 714-474-7899 or e-mail me at koolsld@sbcglobal.net for additional information, to discuss a time to come look at the wagon or make me an offer. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit through Paypal must be made within 24 hours after the auction ends or an accepted offer has been agreed upon. Remaining payment is due within 3 days after the auction has ended or an offer is accepted. The wagon must be picked up when full payment is made. If you need longer to pick up the wagon, please contact me to discuss timeframe. Please look at my other auctions for more high end item
