The plastics have a few scratches from normal riding. The engine starts right up . This ATV is ready for the track or trails. As is with every bike or ATV we sell it has been completely serviced and is ready to ride. This bike has been inspected by our mechanic (40 point inspection) with the following being an outline of the results. PAYMENT TERMS A 250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (which can be paid via paypal or credit card) is due within 48 hours of auction end. If payment, deposit, or other arrangements have not been made within 48 hours, we reserve the right to re-list/sale to other potential buyers. A 3% processing fee will be added if remaining balance is paid via credit card or paypal. Balance is due upon pick up or within 7 days of auction end. If paying by certified check, vehicle will not be shipped until the bank check has been verified. You MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction if you are the high bidder to let us know how payment will be made. No unit will be crated for shipping until balance has been paid in full. ALL NON-PAYING BIDDERS will be turned over to our INDEPENDENT COLLECTION AGENCY and will be responsible for a restocking fee (which will amount to 10% of the sale price or $250.00, whichever is greater), holding costs related to the incomplete transaction, and all costs that we might incur in collecting said monies. Our shipping quote reflects this bike being crated , insured, and delivered to a Freight terminal near you. Note: A $35.00 Fuel surcharge may apply to select remote areas. Our dealership hours are Tuesday thru Friday from 10 AM until 6 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM until 2 PM. We are CLOSED on Sunday and Monday. All pick ups will be scheduled at least one hour prior to our closing time. Any pick up outside of normal business hours needs to be scheduled well in advance. We are now required to collect sales tax for the following states, Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Washington if the bike/ATV is picked up at our store. You will be required to pay 6% or your states sales tax whichever is lesser. You will receive credit for these taxes upon registering in your state. IF THE ATV/MOTORCYCLE IS SHIPPED ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF OHIO YOU WILL BE EXEMPT FROM THIS TAX. Ohio residents will pay your counties tax rate only. We are also now required to collect 6% sales tax from all Canada sales which will be picked up at our store. IF THE ATV/MOTORCYCLE IS SHIPPED ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF OHIO YOU WILL BE EXEMPT FROM THIS TAX. All buyers add $50.00 for title and transfer fees. BIDDER TERMS This auction is for serious bidders only.
