I acquired this bike from my Dad when he decided it was too big for him at 78 years old. (He bought it new-1992 but took delivery in 1994) The mileage is original miles and has been garage kept since new ( I keep it garaged even though one picture shows it parked in yard)Actual miles may vary by 10-20miles I had the bike checked out and serviced at Shreveport BMW in 2009(new oil,filter) and all is good except for ABS light is on.Had new fuel pump,strainer,fuel filter,fuel injector cleaner, hose, damper and clamps in 2008 at 5643 miles ($790.00) Bike comes with hard bags and liners, Heated grips, Tank knee pads, Original bill of sale/stickers, Ohlins rear shock, new battery(2011) and BMW tender (dual auxillary plugs on bike), Kyrptonite Front wheel caliper lock, BMW Motoradd soft bag, Rear rack w/auxcillary shelf bracket, Original BMW tool kit, Flat tire kit, 1 original folding BMW key and 1 non-folding spare(same key fits all locks(bags,fuel,seat,ignition), I have all paperwork and titleBike has never been down but does show some road use(see pics) I will deliver the bike for $.75 a mile or you can arrange shipping or pick upI reserve the right to end auction early and cancel all bids as bike is also for sale locally and on other sites It's been brought to my attention and I wanted to share with all bidders that a possible explanation for the ABS light being on. This comes from another eBayer. "If the ABS light is staying on, that is the indication the ABS has faulted and is not working. The brakes revert back to non-ABS brakes. I would think this could be found after market or used at a reasonable price.
