I am the third generation ( 4th owner) in my family to own this real nice Cadillac. Car has been in our immediate family since 1989 here in New York . Car has been gently driven and pampered since new . No flood damage or accidents ever. Look as all the picture and you will notice the original Black Sable finish with the original cloth Dark Carmine interior are in overall good condition . The paint has some crazing and clear coat cracking defects on the hood and trunk, but still maintains a high gloss shine. The interior is real nice with no issues other than a cracked driver's side arm rest , the drivers seat stitching becoming loose, and the tilt column that is loose at the base. Runs and drives very smooth and luxurious as a Cadillac should. Car has only accumulated 131,830 miles in 22 years. See the full list of standard features on this car at the very end of description . So what are YOU waiting for? A brief historical description The traditional rear drive Brougham for 1989 was identified by its restyled grille and front-end panel molding. The header molding no longer had an embedded script. The Cadillac script was now located on the grille. The premier formal padded roof option was offered in five new colors for a total of 12 choices. The Brougham interior included Cadillac's new carpeted and reversible floor mats with a retention device. A 100-amp generator was standard. New standard features consisted of a controlled cycle wiper system, cruise control electronic level control, electrically powered chrome outside mirrors, trumpet horn and a power trunk lid release. The Engine Type 90-degree, overhead valve, V-8, cast iron block and cast iron cylinder heads . Displacement 307 cu. in. (5.0 liters). Bore & Stroke 3.8 in. x 3.39 in.. Compression ratio 8.0:1 . Up for auction is our beautiful , garaged kept 1989 Cadillac Brougham 4 door sedan. I am the third generation ( 4th owner) in my family to own this real nice Cadillac. Car has been in our immediate family since 1989 here in New York . Car has been gently driven and pampered since new . No flood damage or accidents ever. Look as all the picture and you will notice the original Black Sable finish with the original cloth Dark Carmine interior are in overall good condition . The paint has some crazing defects on the hood and trunk, but still maintains a high gloss shine. The interior is real nice with no issues other than a cracked driver's side arm rest , the drivers seat stitching becoming loose, and the tilt column that is loose at the base. A brief historical description

The traditional rear drive Brougham for 1989 was identified by its restyled grille and front-end panel molding. The header molding no longer had an embedded script. The Cadillac script was now located on the grille. The premier formal padded roof option was offered in five new colors for a total of 12 choices. The Brougham interior included Cadillac's new carpeted and reversible floor mats with a retention device. A 100-amp generator was standard. New standard features consisted of a controlled cycle wiper system, cruise control electronic level control, electrically powered chrome outside mirrors, trumpet horn and a power trunk lid release.
