Chrysler Lebaron CG Imperial (Roadster by Lebaron) This car is quite a Grand Classic, Built in an era of fine line automobiles. In 1931-1933, there were only 336 roadsters built by Chrysler. These cars are were for sale for $3100.00 by Chrysler corp. when ford had a roadster for $425.00 This car has 145 inch wheelbase, with metal over wood construction, very beautiful detail to edges of doors and fenders. Unfortunetly, this car has been fully hot rodded years ago, before i purchased it. Frame- 2"x4" boxed frame to support this amazing ICON Engine- 360 with headers aluminum intake, no carb Transmission- Torqueflight Rearend- Chevy 10- bolt Paint- old and scratched Interior- Beigh naugahyde, needs new seat redone Steering- Mustang 2 rack and pinion, front disc brakes rear drum Wiring- Painless needs finishing Wheels- 15" Kelsay spokes This car has an access door for the Queen, or Dutchess, so they would not have to lift there leg to access the rumble seat. It has a Golf Club door as well on the driver side with era correct clubs in a red and white bag. This car does not run and has been sitting for some time. It is ready for a full resto mod restore, Vin Tag by Chrysler has been remove by previous owner and a remake has been made to satisfy dmv and TITLE, for a clean Pink slip TITLE, That is in my name. These doors, on a true CG roadster, there is no crank up windows, Amazing... So with that said they only have curtains. It does have a Rumble seat for two, or three kids, But sorry, no seatbelts back then.
