1979 CB 750K. Here's what I know about the bike {Read carefully as it is a PROJECT}. I took the bike in on trade as a completely stock bike. It did run before I started on it down. The wiring harness has been stripped to the bare necessities and needs to be finished. I did label all of the charging, start, and light circuits and also will include a complete HONDA mechanics manual for the bike that has wiring diagrams. I put temporary strut bars on in place of the shocks to lower the rear. You will need to replace them to ride the bike with real strut bars or new shocks. The front has been lowered 1 1/2" by sliding the forks up in the triple trees. The handle bars are stock, but have been sliced, diced and re-welded to get them down low. I planned on running a set of clip on bars and these were just for mock up of the seat position. The bike needs a brake master cylinder as the old one leaked and was ugly anyway. The fender/seat is custom built from sheet metal and has been smoothed and primed. The gas tank badges have been removed. It is also smoothed and primed. The stock locking gas cap is removed...but included (see pix). I does need tires. Although they are great to roll it around on, I'm not sure I'd ride 200 miles on them. No headlight, no tail light... I didn't get that far. I did trim off the ends of the stock frame under to seat to accommodate new rear fender set up... the ends will need to be finished/ filled for a smooth look (although a couple L.E.D. lights would fit really nice for rear turn signals). That's pretty much it... it needs a good clean up and someone with time to finish it. Thanks for looking, be sure to check my other auctions.....
