Today up for bids is an extremely low mileage 1971 Ford Torino 4 door sedan. I purchased this vehicle from the 2nd owner with a little over 47,000 original miles. This gentleman used this car sparingly as a daily driver until 2005. After sitting 6 years, I got the car running but it will need some brake work before it is roadworthy again. I replaced the fuel line and the gas tank has fresh gas in it. The rear brake lines have also been replaced. The 250 6 cylinder fires right up but you have to pump the brakes to get them to work (it probably needs a master cylinder and wheel cylinders). The body of the car does have some rust as it has been driven in the Wisconsin winters. Underneath the floors and frame rails look pretty good. The interior is extremely nice with the only blemish being a tear in the rubber mat on the drivers side floor. The dash does not have any cracks or blemishes. The car was also optioned without a radio and the factory radio delete plate is still intact. The seats are in perfect condition along with the door panels. If you have been looking for a cheap daily driver or a parts car for your Torino Cobra or GT project, this is it.
