I have for sale a not currently running 1986 BMW 525TD 4-door sedan. This car is a project car for restoration or parts. Mostly complete but has somethings missing or not opperable: No battery, Broken rear glass, no key, Rear - drivers side window present but stuck in door, Head linder and rear-drivers side door panel issues. Bubmper trim is loose in the rear and the front passenger fender is dented. On the positive side is that it has a complete BMW turbo diesel motor, 5 alloy wheels from the factory in good condition, factory tools, the car was running two years ago and it has not been picked over for spares. The passenger side does not have dented body panels. Rust in spots but not very rusty. Very restorable and you can convert to biodiesel.On Jun-17-11 at 14:25:54 PDT, seller added the following information: I was just at the BMW Dealer Parts Department in Marietta to see about a key. It takes up to 3 business days, costs $55 and your drivers license address must match the address on the tittle. This is a BMW rule and therefore likely the same accross the country. The title for the car is in the previous owners name so instead of re-titling the car in my name to get a key this step will need to be taken by the next owners. Thank you for your understanding.
