Believe this to be a 1942/46/47 Ford half ton pickup. Has a tag on firewall but has been painted over and am not able to read. Could be used for parts or is ready to accept an engine/transmission quickly - note the cut in the Transmission area frame.. Got this in a package deal and do not have a lot of info on it. No title, just a bill of sale. Look closely - if you do not see it, it is not included. Has no engine, transmission, drive line, seats, floor boards, or good glass The hood and grill are in average shape for a 60 + year old vehicle. Hood does not look like it has all the hinges it should have ( it is just sitting on the truck). The fenders each seem to have an issue of some sort, welds, dents,or tear, but not see any rust thru on them. Body Bed has only a couple of minor rust thru behind the driver and passenger door; the actual bed metal is rusted in several places. Tires hold air except front passenger one. Driver Door has a broken lower hinge, Passenger door is not opening but is loose; you can see pry marks on it from the past. Not seeing rust on the doors. Cab looks solid and no rust thru. I looks like the rear axle has been changed, looks to be just attached to roll it around, ? someone said it is a 9 inch Ford Mustang rear end? I do not know and do not know how to tell. This will need to be hauled on a trailer. This will need picked up in Doniphan, Nebraska. All in all - this seems to be a reasonable solid older truck with not a lot of rust thru, it rolls easily, steers good. No Cats included in sale.
