This item being relisted due to a non paying bidder form australia.67 Mustang convertible barn find,This is a rare A code 289 4BBL, 4speed car with a limited slip [posi] 8 inch rear,power top.Manual drum brakes manual steering.The car needs a total restoration ,but is about 98 percent complete the car also has a power top.The body has the typical rust,the front frame rails shock towers,front and rear torque boxes floor inner and outer rockers all should be replaced The rear frame rails in the back can easily be repaired.The trunk floor needs a couple small patches.The rear 1/4s have been patched but should be replaced.The doors have some rust on the bottom but are repairable.Hood is o.k. front fenders are good need some small repairs the front and rear valances and trunk lid need to be replaced.It is missing the gas tank,radio,radiator,front bumper and horn pad.All these parts are easy to get from any mustang parts vendor..The good news is the car still has the original 4 speed and posi rear.The engine is not original it is a 68 2 BBL 289 that is setup.I will however include a correct 4 BBL intake and carb ONLY IF YOU USE THE BUY IT NOW. the top frame is in good condition,the canvas is ripped and will need replacing.The brakes do not work they will need rebuilding.The tires are dry rotted and not safe.There is no exhaust or muffler.The seats need upholstery.Car has some sag in the middle so doors don't close very well.There is no battery included with car.The parts that are not attached to the car are shown in the photo and are included.The trailer in the photo is NOT INCLUDED.Still has the original door tag that matches the vin stamped in the bodyI have a clear PA title for this car.Tag decodes as follows BODY 76A COLOR X VINTAGE BURGUNDY TRIM 2D RED VINYL DATE 10L NOV 10th 66 DSO 38 PITTSBURGH TRANS 5 4 speed.
