2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Mechanics special. Engine needs a valve job (I am told), and is indicating low oil pressure. Vehicle ran fine and was a daily runner until recently when that problem arose. It was time for a upgrade anyway, otherwise I would had had it fixed.. Other than that it has the normal problems you would associate with a vehicle of this age and mileage. Hood,& hatchback lifter don't work, rear passenger door lock is broken ( won't open) Some rust spots on the hood ( see pics) Rear tires are good, front ones need replacing. 4WD works fine, brakes are OK, just replaced front drive shaft. Tranny is ok, Hesitates from 2nd to 3rd sometimes. Clean title, I am the 2nd owner. The jeep starts runs and drives, but I would'nt plan on driving it anywhere but on a trailer or car hauler before repairing it.
