2006 Honda CRF

In late 2006 I bought my son this new Honda CRF70F dirtbike. It was not abused at all, he really kept it in great shape until one day he decides to tighten bolts, and cracked the engine crankcase, where the head bolts to. That was a very expensive mistake! The bike likely has under 300 miles on it since we only have 1/2 acre to ride it on. I paid $1600 when purchased. Anyway, I had to make a choice. He has outgrown the bike, and I did not want to go the expense of a replacement engine. The Chinese engines for this bike sell for about $350. I took it to a local welder who could not make a repair. Long story short, I bought my son a new bike to better fit him. So, we have a Honda CRF70F for your consideration. This bike is very clean, the vinyl is perfect, no rust, rims are shiny and not bent, the paint is super nice and the tires are nearly new. (One recently replaced and a heavy duty tube was installed.) Look at the pictures. They were taken a week before the engine was removed. THE ENGINE IS INCLUDED, IN PIECES FOR PARTS. Some small parts may be missing. I want to stress just how clean the bike is overall except for the engine issue mentioned. I can provide you additional pictures of that engine and bike if needed. Anyway, this is too nice to take to the dump, hopefully you can put it to good use. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY from Rocky Mount Va, an hour above Winston Salem, or a short drive below Roanoke Va.
