Vehicle Detail

1977 Corvette Coupe. No Reserve. -The block was cleaned and inspected. The block proved worthy of rebuilding. Given that it was rebuilt the odometer reads 30619, but the true mileage is unknown. All 8 rods were inspected, magnafluxed, and refinished. The crank was turned, Keith Black Hyperutectic flat top pistons were added, and the rotating assembly was professionally balanced. The engine was then put back together with an Edelbrock Performer Vortec specific manifold, GM Performance Parts Vortec heads, and an Edelbrock Performer carb. The cam is a Competition Cams 268H. Of course, the oil pump, timing chain, gaskets, etc. are in very good condition. -The Electrical system works fine. The car starts and runs as it should. The headlights light. The power windows go up and down. -The interior was pulled apart, and the pieces that showed a lot of wear were refinished using the correct Smoke Gray paint. The interior shows well, the seats have no tears. I can’t verify that the seats are truly leather. My gut feeling, given the smell, is that the seats are not genuine leather. -As you have probably guessed, this car is not a Bloomington Gold candidate. It is not NCRS. You won’t see this car at Barret Jackson. And that’s a great thing. This car is meant to be driven and enjoyed. This Corvette is as reliable as a C3 can be. It looks good and will provide the buyer with many fun days and envious glances from bystanders. The tough stuff has been done with this car. All the things that go on C3 Corvettes has gone and been addressed. Put a loved one, or some hot prospect, in the passenger seat, turn on some Led Zeppelin, and enjoy. -The paint is in good condition and there are 2 leaks to my knowledge but overall this car is an investment, has a strong engine and turns heads. The reason I am trying to sell this car is because I am going off to college soon. Please call (330)-920-9909 or (330)-706-8015
