***NOTE: Although Autocheck indicates Accidents: "None" there was one which insurers claimed a total loss. That is when I bought and repaired the car. *** This car started in Las Vegas and was sold to someone in Palos Verdes CA at 20K miles who slid off the road and damaged the right rear quarter panel, twisted the rear end, ruined 3 wheels and deployed the driver seat side airbag. Insurance totaled the car and I bought it with 24K miles. I had the damage repaired, received a Virginia Repaired title and have put almost 90K miles on it without issue. It is not perfect but one needs to really look. What is perfect is how it drives and handles. The 3.2L with the 6 speed tiptronic transmission provide complete linear performance and excellent steering feel and brakes. Why sell it? I came across a 2017 TTS at a price I could not resist. I miss driving the 2008 because its power is through displacement and does not need a turbo. Detailed questions are welcome because buying a car that was totaled can be a risk. There is no risk here and welcome describing the car’s condition for those interested. This car was listed a couple weeks ago with a buy it now price of $7800 and obviously did not sell. I am dropping it again...
