2003 CHEVROLET CORETTE CONVERTIBLE 50TH ANIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION I Personally bought this car from the showroom floor of La Brea Chevrolet in 2003 for my mother for her 80th birthday . Mom drove it very little and then gave it to my brother who babied this car like it was his child . My Brother is a professional pilot and mature driver beyond words .Car has never slept outside and is kept in a garage that's like a nice living room or man cave , climate controlled and insulated and even carpeted ! ( see pics ) This car has never been abused , smoked in or driven over the speed limit ( maybe 67 in a 65 on rare occasion ! ) or even punched hard . My brother drove it slower then mom which everyone made fun of . Never had a speeding ticket in 16 years gives you an idea of how he drove this car . The car is all original with only the front nose bumper having been replaced that was grazed while stopped , ONLY the front was nose was changed and the hood and fenders were untouched and still have original paint and a better then OEM new top just replace 1/19 . The driver door skin was repainted 10 years ago from scraping it in the garage . Perfect paint match , you cant tell it was repainted as it was a perfect color match.The entire paint on the car shows no fading or checking ir oxidation due to it was ALWAYS parked in the garage . The pictures were taken with a cell phone and really do NOT do the car justice .The engine has NEVER been steam cleaned and the car was not washed for 3 weeks when I took these pictures . Also the interior has not been detailed and shows very little dirt or smudges that will clean up like new , it just again shows the minimal wear and gentle use for a car of this age and mileage . Only minor wear on the drivers seat bolster and that's it . Passenger seat is like new as it was rarely sat in . Tires are about 80% plus tread remaining and are less then 2 years old approx. The color is a candy apple like red metallic in the sun and looks cherry red in the shade . The color was a special color for the 50TH anniversary if I recall correctly. Heads up display , ice cold AC . PW, PB PS everything works just as it should , no issues with car whatsoever ! The car shows no paint chips , no windshield chips , scratches, dings dents period , its amazing condition so don't let the 103,000 miles fool you as its in shape like a car with less then 1/3 that mileage and it will not disappoint .Car has been regularly serviced since new (2003) only at the Chevy dealer Community Chevrolet in Burbank and with oil changes every 3,000 and all services up to date . My brother did not keep the records like an idiot but I think I can get copies from the dealer . I can try but no guarantees . I'm sure the dealer can confirm its serviced there and welcome an inspection . Car runs excellent , bring your mechanic . The car has never seen a a curb rash in 16 years to give an idea of how careful it was driven . Front plate was covered for privacy . My brother gave the car to me to sell for him as its too hard to get in and out of with his bad back and he opted for a higher profile height SUV . Besides driving a car like this like an old grandmother just isn't right .I have manuals and front plate cover and both original keys and 2 key FOBS I am asking $15,900 obo and its worth every cent !
