Vehicle Detail
We are settling the estate of a life long Car collector and restorer, we have the last car here up for auction. For sale is an early 1990’s build of a 1928 Ford Coupe Chassis that was re-worked into a “Van” configuration. Built in Canada, this is a one owner car that shows 30,590 miles on the odometer. The car features a 302 Ford Cobra Engine, T4 automatic trans, and a Jag differential featuring inboard disc brakes. Front brakes feature large vented rotors, and front and rear suspension components are all chromed and appear to be in excellent shape. 5-bolt chrome wire wheels are also featured. The car runs and drives, but as an older build with 30K miles, it shows some wear in many of the small details that go with a custom-built car, and the black paint is bubbling in multiple areas. But the basics are all there and working, including gauges, lights, turn signals, and AC blower, although it is not known if the AC will blow cold. Power windows are inoperable (possible fuse only?) There are no seat restraints of any type, and the driving position might be challenging for people over 5’8” or so. The build details of the car have been lost, but it appears to be a solid and well thought out build that could be enjoyed “as is” with only a bit of detail work, or redone to whatever level of automotive excellence you require. Sold as is, with no warranty expressed or implied. This car can also be viewed by appt.On Jan-02-19 at 05:45:24 PST, seller added the following information: I have added pictures, the electric windows do operate, the passenger side is a little slower. I have added pictures of the paint missing on the fiberglass. The front and running boards are steel, the back is fiberglass.
