The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Very Clean 2009 Mini Cooper S with the 6-Speed manual transmission and 71,893 miles. It also has the power convertible top, heated leather seats, traction control, USB/AUX ports, etc. This Mini runs and drives beautifully. There aren't any service or warning lights on, and the engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts crisply and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. There is a matching set of premium performance Continental tires which are showing lots of tread, and the brakes are in great shape. The oil & filters were replaced this week. All of the power equipment has been checked and is working properly including the air conditioning. There aren't any warning or service lights on and this Mini is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The exterior of this Mini is extremely clean. The body is in fabulous condition with nothing other than some stone nicks. The Pepper White paint is very glossy and clean over the entire body. There aren’t any dents, scratches or body rust and the undercarriage is very clean. The canvas top is clean and in great shape without any holes. The rear flap was resealed and you can see some of the adhesive on the seams. The interior of this Mini is fresh, clean and has been very well maintained. All of the leather surfaces are soft and supple. The carpeting is clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. There aren’t any holes, stains or damage on any of the seats or carpeting. All of the trim panels are intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. The vehicle history report shows very minor incidents which occurred when this car was parked. They have been fully resolved without any residual issues, and we have the clean, clear title in hand. This is a beautiful looking, and excellent running car. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this Mini anywhere in the country. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
