Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

This is a 1978 Honda XR75. It is a really nice rider. Runs great! Doesn't leak or burn any oil. Shifts smooth through all gears. Exhaust is new aftermarket, as are fenders, side covers, number plate, seat foam and cover, grips and levers, and chain. Everything else is pretty much original. Tires are new IRC. Tubes and rim strips are new also. Tank had some pinholes in bottom so I just had it soldered and lined inside and out at a tank and radiator shop. No leaks now. Carburetor has been rebuilt and is the original Kei Hin. Has new air cleaner element and spark plug. I just put a new clutch in it and I posted a picture of the engine with the right cover off to display how clean this engine is inside. I have been working on Hondas since the mid seventies, and have never seen a 40 year old engine this clean inside. Front shock tubes have new seals. Rims, spokes, and front shock tubes have rust. Paint does have some scrapes and scratches. See pics for detail. This bike would make a great Christmas present for that young motocross enthusiast in your life.
