1999 Mercedes Benz S500 Luxury Executive Sedan This vehicle is in excellent condition, everything works as it should including windows, door locks, heating and AC is cold, gauges, etc. Miles are accurate and odometer (and all gauges) work fine. It was just serviced and has new all 4 Goodyear tires, front shocks, recent brakes. Rear suspension works fine, no issues. Exterior paint in excellent shape, looks all original except rear trunk lid must have been painted by previous owner sometimes. There are few dings, scratches, clear coat fading on front bumper, passenger side mirror slightly loose after I hit it against a pole in a parking lot. There is a dent in the front hood near the grille visible in picture. Interior also in excellent shape without cracks, rips, tears anywhere. Dashboard is excellent. There is a small piece of headliner in right rear side that came loose (on rear pillar). Seats are in black leather and front are heated (work fine). Car is clean and ready for use. Radio looks original on the car and works; Alpine CD changer is in the trunk but I think its missing the loading cassette. It starts, drives and stops perfectly, runs smooth, quiet, no issues at all at any speed. Ready to be driven across country if needed. Engine, transmission, cooling, electric system, suspension, steering, etc all perfect. Runs straight, no vibrations, etc shifts perfectly. There is no rust underneath, or anywhere. At the MBZ dealer service, it was suggested the flex couple discs be replaced due to age (the round rubber pieces that connect the driveshaft) one in the front and one in the rear (although another mechanic did not think they need replacement now). I have clear Nevada title in hand (in my name) but car is currently at my California home in Brea, 2 miles from Freeway 57 at Imperial Highway exit. If needed, I will provide a CA smog certificate (I have no doubts will pass just fine). Please plan for prompt payment via cash or cashiers check (no personal checks) and for pick up promptly after the auction (e.g. within 2-3 days preferable). Car had 2 owners before me. Purchased it for 6k and spent another 3k on new tires, shocks, tie rod end, steering dampener, auxiliary (heater) water pump, dealer oil service/inspection, shifter speed recognition switch, miscellaneous items e.g. front right door lock, etc. I have two keys (one has new battery installed at dealer) and original owners manual including ORIGINAL PURCHASE WINDOW STICKER ... as well as the radio code. :) Car is like a bullet proof tank running quiet and smooth with lots of torque available. This is the 5L engine. Double pane windows very thick and quiet. It is more quiet inside than brand new Lexuses. Please no games, no trade ins; please do not bid if you don't have the funds all ready.
