2011 Chevy Suburban 2500 4x4 6.0L V8 engine with 6 speed auto 6L90 transmission with new torque converter. 123k miles as I am still driving the truck until it's sold. Ex Broward Sheriff's truck was in service till 2015.It is a heavy duty truck with 9400 lb tow rating and 2200 lb payload. Most powerful SUV since Excursion ended production- no other SUV has higher or even similar towing or payload numbers. Don't ignore payload number when towing. It's a 4 wheel drive, with auto, 4-low, 4-high,switches on a nob on lefthand side. 4 Auto can be switched on while moving or switched on at a stop- used in wet or icy conditions. To switch into 4 low or high, put the truck into neutral and wait for the light to stop blinking. Keep under 30mph- useful on a boat ramp or offroad. No custom lifting was done on the truck,only suspension work that was done for maintenance- I kept all receipts. It's 3'' taller than a stock Suburban 1500 with 0 offset on wheels. New 33'' Tires and matte American Racing rims to complement the matte paint. Professionally painted matte black at the shop. Rhino 3000 push bar was added after, very thick brackets and heavy duty. Convenient to stand on when accessing the hood, it does not flex like most bullbars. Police cage was left inside, with middle portion removed to have access to back seat. The cage has a built in roll bar. Front seats show wear, but are still in decent shape. Interior floor has plastic/vinyl liner vs carpet, easy to clean. There is no rust on the frame or underbody, whole life in FL and it was never in the salt and snow and never sat in flooded waters.
