Vehicle Detail
1965 Buick LeSabre Custom 400 Convertible. This is a running and driving 1965 Buick Convertible. It is a number matching original Buick, but needs some restoration. The Engine starts easily, it drives and stops, but please look closely at all of the photos. I have a clear title in my name. The reserve on the Buick is well under its value. I have been an Ebay member for several years, and I'm very proud of my over one thousand,100% positive feedbacks, score. With this in mind, I will detail the positive and negative aspects of my 1965 Buick LeSabre Convertible. I want to be sure the new owner knows exactly what they are getting. Positive aspects: 1. The Buick is very original and complete. It has the original 300 CI, 250 HP, Buick Nailhead V8, transmission, and rear-end. It is a number matching car. 2. It has a complete set of new tires. 3. It has a new aluminum radiator and hoses. 4. It has a new battery. 5. The Buick starts easily and runs and drives. All of the glass is good. The brakes and lights work properly. Negative aspects: 1. It has rust problems in the rockers and trunk floor. The passenger area floors are good, the frame is solid, and the hood, trunk, and doors align properly and open and close good, but it has rust primarily in the lower rocker areas. The trunk lock needs to be replaced. 2. The interior has been exposed to the western sun and the material is brittle and cracked. Please look at the photos. The interior will need to be replaced 3. The Convertible top is tattered and needs to be replaced as well. The convertible top frame is complete and moves up and down manually, and the original convertible top rear glass window is good. 4. The dash pad needs to be replaced. This is a good solid Buick LeSabre Custom Convertible and a rather straightforward restoration project. It would not take much to make it a daily driver and, with some additional work, it could be a really nice summer weekend show car. If you have any questions regarding my Buick LeSebre, don't hesitate to give me a call. My name is Bob, and my phone number is (801) 745-5835. I'm not a dealer. I'm a retired teacher that loves old cars. If you have less than five (5) positive feedbacks on Ebay, please message me or give me a call before bidding. I want this to be a good, straightforward, auction. I will assist the shipper you select, in getting the Buick shipped anywhere in the world. I can hold the car in secure storage - if the time frame is reasonable. Good luck bidding.
