The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is an extremely clean 2013 Mini Cooper Clubman in Pepper White with British Racing Green accents and the Graphite interior. This Mini is equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission and power panoramic sunroof. There has been one very meticulous owner since new, and this car has 69,217 miles. The vehicle history report is clean and this Mini has never had any body damage or repairs. All of the power equipment in this Mini has been checked and is working including the air conditioning. The engine runs strong and smoothly and there aren't any service or warning lights on. This transmission shifts crisply and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. The owner installed a full set of Pirelli P6 tires, which are showing most of their tread. There are brand new brakes on this car and the oil & filters were also replaced this week. This Mini is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere in the country. The exterior of this BMW looks terrific. The paint is super glossy over the entire body with nothing other than a few nicks. There aren't any dents or scratches, and all of the paint on this car is original. All of the exterior trim is in excellent condition and there aren't any scrapes on the alloy wheels. The interior of this Mini is fresh, clean and has been very well maintained. All of the seats are in excellent condition and the carpeting is clean and fluffy throughout this car. There aren't any holes, wear marks or damage inside this car. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks. This is a beautiful Mini Cooper, and I would expect this car to provide excellent service for many years to come. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
