For Sale 1997 Chevrolet Astro LT AWD This Van is being Sold As-Is Please read the entire auction and ask questions if needed before you bid. New members of eBay that have a zero feedback rating please do not bid. I only ask because of a bad experience. Please do not take a fence to it. The winner/buyer is responsible for the transportation and delivery of the vehicle. Bidders outside of the continental United States please if you bid please know travel and delivery times before you bid. The Van is being sold As-Is. Please make sure of all your plans before you bid because all bids are final. If you would like more pictures please email me through eBay and I will get them to you as fast as I can. The engine runs strong, but the reverse gear quit in the transmission. It will drive forward. It can be fixed or be used for parts. I replaced the transmission filter and fluid hoping it would work and it did not. I don’t know but would not suggest you drive it for a long distance. If you decide to drive it at your own risk. It has minor dents and very little rust on it. I have been using synthetic oil in the engine as did the previous owners did. The spark plugs need changed. The sliding door is jammed, and it can be fixed. The back door handle needs to be replaced. But there is a way in the back doors. The power window motor needs to have stronger bolts put in it(on the driver side). The driver and passenger have rips in the leather seats. I do believe I have told you everything that is wrong with the vehicle. I have a few part that will go with the van. It has had a new fuel injection spider, alternator, new windshield, timing belt/chain, battery, and a oxygen sensor put on within the last 3 years. I need to sell the van I do not have the money to fix the transmission myself, or I would. I do believe if someone would take the time and money to fix it they would have and awesome vehicle. Even though it is and older vehicle. I will be sad to see it go. It has been a awesome vehicle for my family here in Wyoming on the snowy and icy cold winters roads.
