1966 Honda CA95

Auction is for an original Honda CA95 with original paint and never restored. It was brought out of a cinder block garage in the spring of 2017 after sitting there since the late 1980's. The carb was cleaned, new points, gas tank cleaned, petcock rebuilt and oil changed. I put in new tubes inside the original tires and started it up. I proceeded to take it apart and clean it up such that it looked respectable. Both mufflers had rust thru on the backside that I used muffler tape. The mufflers cleaned up decent as shown and function fine. Original tank emblems and side covers. I basically just tried to keep it ORIGINAL. The paint is original with nicks and chips. Most chrome is good to nice. Everything functions but the headlight as it needs the bulb replaced. Otherwise it is intact with side covers, carb covers, knee rubbers that are not ripped or torn, and BOTH fender dovetails are pretty nice. Seat has a small tear on the side covered by black tape. I rode it several times last year around the area and a couple of cruises but only once this year. It needs a new 6 volt battery and a new rider to really enjoy it. Clear Michigan title. An individual expressed his opinion that it is rougher than shown in the first set of pics. The bike is original. The paint does have nicks and chips. The chrome is good or decent and I cleaned off the surface rust from sitting the best possible. It has not run in 4 months and needs a battery. Tires are original with new tubes.
