I am the original owner of this car. Purchased new in 1996 by my wife and I. We used it for many years as our main car and then as a second car. Time has come to move it on as we just don't drive it that often. Transmission was rebuilt around 100k, I personally changed the engine oil with synthetic oil (amsoil) since it left the dealership every 3000 miles. The engine runs great, tires 75 percent, front end rebuilt 10,000 miles ago and remains tight. We did the intake manifold gaskets about 5000 miles ago and the mechanic said he was amazed at the valley and internal parts having no sludge at all! Body has rot and this car is old so don't expect anything else. The check engine light is on and the code is evap related but does not affect drivability. It would make a great first car or driver to someone needing an solid inexpensive suv. Power from v8 is very nice. Scrap value is around 300 so bidding starts there, absolute auction till the end.
