I acquired this bike several years ago as Basket case project from a gentleman that had started a complete restoration on the bike. It had a rolling chassis and all the body parts appear to be original to the bike, tank, seat, side covers, fenders etc. All paint and chrome on the bike is original.The engine was completely disassembled except that the crank had been completely professionally rebuilt including cleaning the sludge trap.I completed the engine rebuild myself using all new parts including bearings, seals, gaskets, and bushings.The cylinder has new +40 PistonsI upgraded the exhaust cam to a T120 unit for a little more powerCam timing was set by degrees. Valves were lapped by handTransmission has all new needle bearings and bushings Clutch is new and has 1 extra plate for improved gripPrimary chain and tensioner are new.Carbs were rebuilt using jets and needle for European spec motors.Airbox and connectors are all mounted but bike is set up to run without air cleaners.Has a new Pazon Electronic Ignition which is very easy to set Has new clutch and tach cables.All lights and electrical components operate correctly although I don't have turn signals. Battery is about a year old and still holds a charge.Has brand new Avon tires and Hagon rear shocksBrakes have new pads and work correctly including a completely rebuilt rebuilt rear master cylinder with Stainless brake line.Currently the bike has 14 miles on it since the rebuilt. It runs great although the gear shifting seems a little stiff. You can select neutral at a stop.
