Selling my version of a fully refurbished 1973 TS400K Apache. I started with a used low mileage TS400 and completely painted, polished, chromed, rebuilt or replaced everything I could or with NOS Suzuki parts. Powder coated frame and swing arm, new bushings and bearings, cleaned up the hubs and rims, installed new spokes, tubes and tires. Recovered the seat, and replaced all h-bar switches, cables, sprockets and chain. I sent the tank, Fenders and side covers, early style with embossed area for emblem, to Paul Miller motorcycle in Ct.. Forks rebuilt, new Gauges, rechromed exhaust guard, tail lamp housing, chain guard and fork ears. New turn signals, horn and headlamp. The motor was completely rebuilt with new crank bearings and seals, new clutch plates and 1st over piston / rings. I installed new intake manifold, new Mikuni carburetor and air filter. All hardware has been replaced with new Suzuki bolts, nuts, and washers. I rebuilt this bike about three years ago, and every time I go to start it, the mighty TS starts on the first kick.
