1924 Ford Model T Touring car that had a frame-off restoration. Produced in the hey day of the 1920’s, this Tin Lizzie sports a Ford black color, good running rebuilt engine & transmission and new custom made top for the car shows, tours or just running to get ice cream. Here are the features of this car: - full body re-wooded and painted black in the last 15 years (passenger's door is tight) - rebuilt engine with new pistons, valves, bearings and transmission drums - all updated wiring and rebuilt coils - custom made leatherette roof by upholstery shop - new interior upholstery and upgraded diamond pleats on the cushions with good springs and padding - great wooden wheels & brakes, recently cleaned and sealed, good Wards Riverside tires and tubes (and spare tire) - rebuilt carburetor, shiny clean gas tank inside, new fuel line & new sediment bulb - always regular oil changes with transmission screen and magnet for filtration - heavy duty newer radiator with extra tubes and fins for cooling - brass motometer - rebuilt starter and generator, car recharges the battery accurately - rare working Stewart silver speedometer on dash & large gear, but missing the speedo cable - horn works and all lights illuminate for night driving with added sidelamps - chrome step plates and side-view mirror for safety The car starts right up reliably and smoothly putters all day, good clutch and handbrake. There are the normal nicks, scratches and touch-ups from being used and driven. A few bubbles from paint lifting but no large damage, drive it and have fun.
