Vehicle Detail
This NO RESERVE AUCTION is for one 2004 Ford Econoline E250 Work Van. Vehicle is located on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. About 4 miles from Cleveland Hopkins Airport [CLE]. Close to I71, I90, Clevelands RTA transit and on major busline. NO SHIPPING OR DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE, regardless of ebay listing. [it popped up from my other auctions] Here's what we NOW BOTH KNOW before any bids are placed::Van DOES include ALL of the interior racks, drawers with inserts, security door/wall shown. There are no locks or keys on any drawers or door. What you see here is what you get. Read on about the graphics toward end of description. "This may be on the test..." as they say. Vehicle is equipped with functioning power windows, door locks, AM/FM radio, A/C, which blows cool, not ice cold; compressor does run and cycle, so recharge is likely a good idea.Engine starts and runs smoothly; Like most ford trucks and vans, the ignition switch is worn and gear selector must usually be wiggles to remove key. I have not owned or operated vehicle for long, but it has never not started and ran on first attempt. Vehicle drive well, stops well, steers responsive with no excess looseness or bind for year, make, model. There are no monster fluid leaks. Transmission shifts smoothly and timely as expected Brakes are fairly recent all the way around. Tie rods and ball joints have no excessive play or looseness. No alarming clunks or rattles. Tire are worn and rear tread is noisy. One image shows what all four look like. Exhaust free from excessive leaks and sounds normal. The interior has been cleaned and is free of loose fire extinguisher powder or soil. Cab area also well cleaned, and while worn and stained as depicted, is clean to the touch and free of offensive odor. It fairly pleasant for a used work van. Windshield is cracked as can be seen in pics. Body shows the rust of 13 YO van in Ohio. Frame is solid; brake lines are factory coated. All locks work and are smooth and predictable. Doors close and latch with expected effort, even the drivers door, which is damaged some. Opens and closes without effort, bind or noise. No wheel covers are included. NOW for the graphics. They are vinyl, not paint. I had put some effort into removing them but am not finished and do NOT expect to be done or completed by time auction ends. SO, BY BIDDING, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THIS VEHICLE AS IT APPEARS AT THIS MOMENT. i will attempt to remove more graphics but cannot guarantee that it will be any more than shown here. The adhesive does come off easily with brake clean or equivalent after vinyl is removed, I take my ebay auctions seriously and try to be very up front, which is why the pics show the vehicle as it is, not how I hope. It is real, imperfect and as shown. If a good, not perfect, work van is what you need, then good luck bidding. I expect that prudent bidders will ask pertinent questions before biding. Use a vin-decoding site for more factory information, or contact me through ebay. Thanks and good luck.
