For Sale my 1966 Ford F-250 factory 4X4. I bought this pickup from a ski patrolman in Vail, Colorado 45 years ago and it is still very original except for a paint job (with clear coat) about 15 years ago, recovered seat and an ill-fitting floor mat. Body is very straight. It is also very sound mechanically and engine, transmission, transfer case are original. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it anywhere. It has a 352 cubic inch V8, 2 barrel carburetor, 4-speed manual transmission, and locking front hubs. I used this as a daily driver for a couple of years and for “adventures” thereafter. Garage kept for past 30 years in AZ; before that it was in Colorado and Oklahoma. Odometer shows 74,500 miles which I believe to be correct. Truck has a 12,000 pound Ramsey winch with never-used cable. Short-comings: small dent at right front behind bumper, dents on floor of pickup bed (see pictures), low ratio differentials (4.55:1), smokes a little which I think is valve seals. Engine was completely rebuilt a few thousand miles ago so it shouldn’t be rings or valve guides. Very good 33X12.5X16.5 BF Goodrich All Terrain Radials. Wheels are not split rims. Genuine Ford Shop Manual, Chilton Manual, old school roll bar, and original front bumper included. Reason I’m selling; I’m old and need to reduce my “stuff”.
